JMF prepares and dispatches orders as promptly as reasonably possible. Delivery is available only to destinations and service areas shown at checkout. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times can vary based on the delivery area and the order. The applicable options and charges will be shown at checkout or can be confirmed by contacting JMF before placing the order.

Please enter your delivery address and contact details accurately when ordering. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by order volume, courier operations, weather, or other circumstances outside JMF’s reasonable control. Where tracking is available, we will provide the tracking details through the available order or courier communication.

When the order arrives, please check the outer package. If it appears damaged or the order is incorrect or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible—preferably on the delivery day—with your order number and photos if available. Prompt notice helps us investigate with the courier, but it does not limit any rights you have under applicable law or the Return and Refund Policy.
